Ultrasonic Testing Technology for the Complex Shaped Construction of Al-alloy Thin-plate
摘 要
由于铝合金薄板异型结构件具有几何形状复杂、厚度较薄以及使用场合特殊等特点,增加了对其质量控制的难度。主要探讨了应用兰姆波检测铝合金薄板异型结构件的可行性,从试验中得出了检测的参数,并通过实践应用加以证实。
Abstract
Due to the small thickness and complex-shape along with the particularity of operation situations for the complex shaped construction of Al-alloy thin-plates, the difficulty of the quality control was increased. The feasibility of the application of Lamb wave to inspect the complex shaped construction of Al-alloy thin-plate was discussed, the relative parameters were deduced in the experiments, and the technology was validated in the practices.
