Finite Element Simulation of Eddy Current Inspection Signal for Steam Generator Heat Exchange Tubes in Nuclear Power Plant
摘 要
为研究核电站蒸汽发生器传热管缺陷与涡流阻抗信号的关系,以通用有限元分析软件ANSYS为支持平台开发了涡流信号仿真程序,界面友好,使用方便,用户只要输入相应参数,即可获得计算结果。蒸汽发生器传热管标准人工缺陷的涡流信号的仿真结果与实测结果吻合良好。
Abstract
In order to investigate the relationship between defects and eddy current impedance signals of the steam generator heat exchange tubes, a finite element analyzer was developed by using ANSYS as a supporting platform. The finite element preprocessor, the eddy current calculation, the post processor and the visualization processor were integrated together. Good graphic user interface was offered. The simulation results were compared with measurement and good agreements were found.
