Studies on Filed-Applicable Shearography NDT of Airplane Composites
摘 要
对电子剪切散斑干涉检测技术的原理进行了系统分析,设计并研制了适于现场使用的便携式剪切检测仪及其检测软件系统。实验结果表明,电子剪切散斑干涉检测技术具有非接触、全场检测、快速和灵敏度高等特点,适宜复合材料的无损检测。
Abstract
Composites are widely used in the field of aviation. The shearography NDT technology, which has advantages of non-contact, full-field, rapid and high sensitivity, is extremely fit for the NDT of composites. The theory of the shearography testing is analyzed in this paper. The portable shearography device applicable for the field application is developed, and also the processing software is coded. Experimental results are satisfactory.
