Signal Analysis Design of Magnetic Flux Leakage Testing System of Oil-Well Tubing
摘 要
采用漏磁通法设计研制了一种油管损伤在线检测系统。分析设计了该系统的总体结构和基于USB总线信号采集的硬件结构,实现了基于多线程技术的大容量连续数据采集与数据实时处理。设计了基于Windows操作系统的漏磁信号可视化数据处理与分析程序,介绍了各个模块的结构和功能,以及油管缺陷的处理分析流程。实际生产应用表明,该系统具有检测灵敏度高、定量分析能力强和结构简单等优点。
Abstract
The inspecting equipment of oil-well tubing based on the method of magnetic flux leakage(MFL) was designed. The system structure and data acquisition hardware based on USB(universal series bus) were stated. High volume and continuous data acquisition were performed by multi-thread technology. The visual data processing software and software structure was designed based on the Windows. The analysis procession to defect of oil-well tubing was described. Practical application of this system showed that it was superior on high testing sensitivity, quantitative analysis ability and simple structure and so on.
