Research on High-Speed Data Digitization for Ultrasonic Detection
摘 要
介绍一种基于FPGA的高速超声信号的数字化采集方法。从超声检测的实际应用要求出发, 选用了AD公司的AD9054芯片和TI公司的先进先出(FIFO)器件SN74V293, 从硬件实现和工作时序两方面详细地介绍了含有FIFO存储器的A/D采样控制电路的设计方法。该设计方案结构灵活、控制简单且可靠性较高, 能够满足绝大多数超声检测应用场合的要求。
Abstract
A method for designing the high-speed data acquisition system for ultrasonic signals based on FPGA was introduced. SN74V293, the FIFO memory produced by TI, and AD9054 produced by AD were selected from the practical application of ultrasonic testing requirements. The designing method of the A/D sampling control circuit including FIFO memorizer was explained particularly from hardware realization and work timing. It was easy to modify and control, and had high reliability. This method could meet the requirements of the most ultrasonic detection applications.
