Penetrant Testing Process for Turbine Impeller of Pumped Storage Power Station
摘 要
通过对抽水蓄能电站水轮机叶轮结构及受力状况的分析,确定了受应力较大的几点重点检查部位。因为叶轮材质为不锈钢,所以采用渗透方法进行检测。提出了渗透检测中的预清洗、渗透、清洗、显像和观察等关键步骤的注意要点,以通过工艺的控制实现对叶轮的可靠检测。
Abstract
Through the stress analysis for turbine impeller of pumped storage power station, the most important stress parts were identified. Since the material of impeller was of stainless steel, so penetrant testing was determined the testing method. The key points of testing process such as pre-cleaning, penetrant, cleaning, imaging and observation were put forward, so as to through process controlling to control the testing quality.
