Heat Stimulating Methods in Thermography of Airplane Composite
摘 要
有效的热激励是主动红外检测成功的重要因素。分析比较了现有的热激励方法,根据实际应用要求,提出了适于外场检测的热激励方法。结合飞机复合材料红外热像检测系统研制的应用实践,重点分析了光热辐射热激励均匀性的意义和影响因素,并就热激励源的结构设计提出了具体建议。
Abstract
Effective heat stimulating is an important factor to gain good result in active infrared test. Based on analysis of exiting heat stimulating methods and practical application, this paper proposed the heat stimulating method applicable for field test. Combined with development of thermography system for airplane composite, the significance and affecting factors of heat stimulating by pulse light or heat radiation were analyzed in detail. Finally, some suggestions about configuration design of heat stimulating lamphouse were put forward.
