Several False Defect Signals in Acoustic Emission Testing of Pressure Vessels
摘 要
介绍了压力容器声发射检测中常见的机械振动、电磁干扰、氧化皮开裂脱落、鞍座垫板摩擦等非缺陷定位信号的特征。频谱分析发现机械噪声、氧化皮和摩擦的声发射信号频率逐渐增加,电磁噪声信号频率较高。因此可通过频率特征区分这些信号。
Abstract
Several false defect signals in acoustic emission of pressure vessel like the vibration noise, electromagnetic noise, corrode outcome splitting and the friction between backing board were introduced. Frequency analysis of these signals was conducted. So the signals could be distinguished by frequency.
