Explosion Cracking Reason Analysis of Water-cooling Tube of Power Plant Boiler
摘 要
采用化学成分分析和金相检验等方法对发生爆管的电厂锅炉水冷壁管进行了综合分析。结果表明: 可能是由于管内存在异物堵塞等原因造成短时急剧过热,从而使材料的高温强度降低发生开裂。
Abstract
A comprehensive analysis which was based on chemical composition analysis and metallographic examination was made on the exfoliation cracking of water-cooling tube of power plant boiler. The result showed that the exfoliation cracking of water-cooling tube was mainly caused by shout-time sudden overheating because of the reasons of foreign matter blockage and so on, which made the strength of the matrix material decrease drastically and induced the exfoliation cracking of the tube.
