Toughness-Brittleness Transition Temperature of L360 Pipeline Steel
摘 要
研究了L360管线钢在冲击试验过程中各阶段能量的变化与温度、断口形态的关系,并采用几种方法对L360管线钢的韧脆转变温度进行了评定。结果表明:几种方法测得L360钢的韧脆转变温度都低于-40℃。
Abstract
The relationship between energy at every stage of the test,temperature and fracture morphology was investigated to evaluate the toughness-brittleness transition temperature of L360 pipeline steel by recording and analyzing impact absorbed energy,crack formation energy and crack propagation energy,and by observing fracture morphology through scan electron microscopy,as well as by calculating the fraction of ductility area on the fracture of the specimen. Several methods were used to analyze and compare the toughness-brittleness transition temperature of the L360 pipeline steel,and the result shows its toughness-brittleness transition temperature is below -40℃.
