Coating Structure of 20 Steel Heat Exchanger Tube by Hot-dip Aluminizing
摘 要
对20钢整体热浸镀铝换热器管束的镀层结构进行了分析,并测定了其镀层的厚度与硬度。分析结果表明,镀层由纯铝层和铁铝合金层组成,镀层均匀且与基体附着良好;镀层厚度为50~125 μm,合金层厚度为37~83 μm,焊缝处的镀层较母材处的薄;合金层的平均硬度为884.8 HV0.02,主要由FeAl3相组成。
Abstract
The coating structure of 20 steel whole hot-dip aluminizing heat exchanger tube was analyzed,and the hardness and thickness of dip aluminum coating was measured .The result showed that the dip aluminum coating was composed with pure aluminium layer and iron-aluminum alloy layer.The coating was uniform and well-adherenced to the matrix,and the coating thickness was 50~125 μm,the alloy layer thickness was 37~83 μm. The coating thickness of weld joint was thinner than matrix. The average hardness of iron-aluminum alloy layer was 884.8 HV0.02. Its leading composition was FeAl3 phase.
