Formation Reason of Inclusions in Steel Plate for Boiler and Pressure Vessel
摘 要
对采用转炉精炼连铸中厚板的生产工艺生产的锅炉压力容器用钢板中的夹杂物来源、形态和分布级别进行了分析。结果表明:夹杂物主要是硫化物、硅酸盐或小级别的氧化物和硫化物,只有极少量的B类氧化铝。在生产工艺控制方面提出了改进措施,实践取得了明显效果,为开发高纯净度锅炉压力容器用钢提供了借鉴。
Abstract
Combined the technics which from convertor,refining,casting to medium plate,the source,shape and distributing level of the non-metallic inclusions in steel plate for boiler and pressure vessel were analyzed. The results showed that the main inclusions were sulfid,silicate,small-grade oxid and sulfid,and little B-type Al2O3. The improvement measures for process control were brought forward,and the effect was satisfying,the reference was offered to develop the high purity steel for boiler and pressure vessel.
