Effect of Heat Treatment Preservation Time on the Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of 25Mn2 Steel
摘 要
对25Mn2钢进行了不同工艺的热处理,研究了淬火保温时间和回火保温时间对其力学性能和显微组织的影响,以探讨优化其热处理工艺的可能性。结果表明:回火保温时间对力学性能的影响是显著的,而淬火保温时间对力学性能的影响并不显著;在淬火温度为900 ℃,回火温度为615 ℃的条件下,回火保温20 min是必要且足够的;经优化后工艺热处理25Mn2钢的力学性能能较好地满足API 5CT标准要求。
Abstract
25Mn2 steel was heat treated by different processes and the effect of quenching preservation time and temper preservation time on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the steel was analyzed. The results show that the influence on the mechanical properties of temper preservation time was significant. However,the influence of quenching preservation time was insignificant. When the quenching temperature was 900 ℃ and temper temperature was 615 ℃,20 min temper preservation was necessary and enough. Mechanical properties of the steel heat treated with the optimal process can meet the requirements of API 5CT standard very well.
