APPLICATION OF MG-200 PIN-ON-DISK TESTER IN FILM TRIBOLOGICAL RESEARCH
摘 要
针对薄膜/涂层的摩擦磨损试验的特点,对MG-200型销盘式磨损机进行了改装,在加载方式、摩擦力测量和磨盘的固定等三方面进行了改进。其中加载精度>0.1N,微小摩擦力的测量采用杠杆放大法,磨盘采用二级固定法。实践证明,经改装后的试验机,试验数据比较稳定,可用于薄膜摩擦学性能的研究。
Abstract
In order to expend the application of MG-200 pin-on-disc tester to film tribology, the loading, fastness and measurement of friction were improved. The loading precision is better than 0.1N. Small friction is measured by leverage. The disc is fixed by quadratic fastness. The practice results indicate that testing data were steady. So it can apply to film tribology researching after refit.
