RESEARCH OF DYNAMIC FRACTURE TOUGHNESS ON WHEEL STEEL
摘 要
测试了R7车轮辐板的动态断裂韧性。结果表明,在温度较高条件下,动态断裂韧性K1d和总冲击能量Wt随温度的降低并未呈现相同的变化趋势;当试验温度降至约-20℃时,K1d和Wt呈现同步的趋势,此时,断裂以脆性断裂为主。该温度以下的总冲击能量可以用作评价R7车轮辐板动态断裂韧性优劣的主要技术参数。
Abstract
The determination of the dynamic fracture toughness K1d on wheel steel web is proposed in this paper. The testing results show that the dynamic fracture toughness do not present the same regulation with total impact energy Wt under the higher temperature. When the temperature decreases to -20 ℃, the K1d and Wt appear the synchronous trend. At this time, the brittle fracture is the main pattern of the fracture. Under this temperature, the total impact energy Wt can be used as the main technique parameter to identify the R7 wheel steel web dynamic fracture toughness good or not.
