THE CORRELATION ANALYSIS BETWEEN COOLING MEDIUM AND COOLING RESULT OF DWTT SPECIMEN
摘 要
由于在API,ASTM以及国标等相关标准中,对试样在气体介质中的保温时间等无具体规定,在一定程度上限制了冷却介质的选用范围。通过对试样在冷却中物理过程的分析和计算,给出了气体介质冷却条件下落锤试样的保温时间,使气体介质条件下的冷却有初步的依据。同时,给出了试样温度测试的关键之处。
Abstract
DWTT is the main item of fracture toughness for the pipe-line steel. The testing temperature has great effect on the DWTT results. The cooling medium choice is restricted due to there are not detailed regulations for temperature control as the specimen with gaseous cooling medium in the API, ASTM and the national standards. The analysis and calculating are made for the physical process of the cooling. The heat preservation time are provided for different temperature in the gaseous cooling medium. It provide primary sustaining base to control the cooling process of gaseous cooling medium. The essential point of the temperature testing is brought forward at the same time.
