FAILURE ANALYSIS ON A SUPERHEATER TUBE OF 670t/h BOILER
摘 要
某电厂1号锅炉的高温过热器在运行中发生爆漏。采用化学成分分析、宏观检验和显微组织分析等方法对爆管进行了分析;同时对爆管内壁氧化膜厚度的动态变化进行了测定,并以此来估算其当量温度,最后计算出剩余寿命。结果表明,过热器爆漏的原因是长期过热造成的。提出了预防措施。
Abstract
The leakage failure of superheater happened in boiler No.1 of a power plant. Through chemical element analysis, macroscopic tests, microscopic metallographic analysis, and the quantitative measurement of the oxide scale on the inside-surface of the tube, in addition, by analyzing the thickness of the oxide scale on the inside-surface of the failed tube, the author evaluates the equivalent temperature and residual life time of the tube. Finally, the paper puts forward that the main reason leading to this failure is the long-term overheating of the tube. The preventive suggestions are also proposed.
