Microstructure and Texture Evolution of Non-oriented Electrical Steel 50W600 during Processing
摘 要
在实验室对现场生产的热轧无取向电工钢50W600进行冷轧和退火处理, 研究了热轧、冷轧、退火钢板的显微组织和织构演变。结果表明: 热轧板表层至1/4层为等轴晶的再结晶组织, 中心层的大部分晶粒发生了再结晶, 表层织构主要为黄铜与铜型织构, 1/4层为高斯织构与α纤维织构, 中心层主要为较强的α纤维织构; 冷轧板为纤维状组织, 主要为α纤维织构和γ纤维织构; 退火板为再结晶组织, 平均晶粒尺寸为53 μm, 主要为γ纤维织构。
Abstract
The cold-rolling and annealing treatments of non-oriented electrical steel 50W600 were carried out in laboratory, and the microstructure and texture evolution of hot rolled strip, cold rolled strip and annealed strip were studied. The results show that the surface layer and 1/4 (transition) layer of hot rolled strip owned a equiaxed recrystallized microstructure, and the core layer was dynamic recrystallization grains. Brass texture and copper texture were the main textures in the surface layer of the hot rolled strip, while the Goss texture and α-fibre texture were the main textures in the transaction layer, and the α-fibre was the main texture in the core layer. The microstructure of cold rolled strip was fibrous, and α-fibre texture and γ-fibre texture were the main textures. The annealed strip had the recrystallization microstructure with the average grain size of 53 μm, and the γ-fibre texture was the main texture.
