RUPTURE ANALYSIS OF THE COLUMN OF 2 000 t HYDRAULIC PRESS
摘 要
2 000 t水压机立柱在使用中发生断裂。采用宏观、金相分析以及微观断口分析等方法对水压机立柱断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,由于钢的内部存在冶金缺陷,钢坯热处理后材料的力学性能没有达到国家标准所规定的要求,致使水压机立柱在拉应力和剪切应力作用下沿底座下横梁台阶根部的应力集中位置发生早期断裂。
Abstract
The column of 2 000 t hydraulic press ruptured when working. By means of macroscopic inspection,metallographic microanalysis and microscopic fracture analysis,the conclusions were drawn that the main reason caused the column rupture was some metallurgy defects inside the steel,and mechanical properties of the cog after heat-treatment could not meet request of the country standard,which caused early rupture along stress concentration area at root of beam′s step of the basement,by tensile stress and shearing stress functioning.
