FINE STRIP INCLUSION IN 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb STEEL AND ITS COUNTERMEASURES
摘 要
采用金相分析、扫描电镜(能谱分析)等方法对0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢小型锻件上用无损检测方法检出的磁痕进行了分析。结果表明,该锻件的材质符合国标要求,但存在影响零件使用性能的细小条状夹杂物。通过对原材料的分析评价及锻造试验,探索了沉淀硬化不锈钢中细小条状硫化物夹杂的控制手段,并提出了评价这类夹杂物的补充检验方法。
Abstract
By means of nondestructive testing,metallographic examination,SEM (EDS) analysis,the abnormal tracks on small forged pieces made by 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel have been analyzed. The result indicates that there exists fine strip inclusions which conforming to manufacturering standard (i.e. national standard) but not conforming to the performance requirements of the part. Through the analysis and evaluation of the raw material and forging,the controlling method of the fine strip inclusions in precipitation-hardening stainless steel have been discovered,and extra inspection method has been proposed to evaluate these fine strip inclusions.
