APPLICATION OF MR-20 SIMULATE HEAT-TREATING FURNACE
摘 要
MR-20模拟热处理炉有加热和冷却两路控制系统,具备高的控温精度和热工艺模拟性能,可广泛用于金属材料的热处理工艺试验和对工艺的评价。以2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢厚壁筒体锻件热处理工艺模拟试验为例,对MR-20模拟热处理炉特性和应用技术作简要介绍。
Abstract
With high accuracy of temperature control and good performance of hot process simulation,MR-20 analog heat-treatment furnace holds two control systems,one is heating control system,while the other is cooling control system. It can be widely used in metallic materials development and process evaluation. It is illustrate more about the characteristic & applied technique of MR-20 analog heat-treatment furnace with the manufacturable analog test of forging heat treatment for thick-walled barrel with the material of 2.25Cr1Mo0.25V.
