EXPLOSION ANALYSIS OF LOW TEMPERATURE SUPERHEATER PIPE OF 130/3.81-MX BOILER
摘 要
某130/3.81-MX锅炉低温过热器20 g钢管投入运行约1a(年)多次发生破裂。采用光学显微镜观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试及热处理试验等方法对裂管进行了分析。结果表明,由于钢管长时超温运行而生成大量石墨,同时珠光体组织也严重球化,最终导致钢管在工作压力下力学性能快速降低而破裂,提出了预防措施。
Abstract
The low temperature superheater pipe of 130/3.81-MX boiler exploded after being put into use for about one year. The failed pipe was analysed by means of chemical analysis,metallographic examination,mechanical test and heat treatment experiment. It was found that pipe graphitized and pearlite of the pipe spheroidized beause of running for a long time in super temperature. Thus the mechanical property of the pipe was reduced greatly in working pressure,precausions for pipe explosed is put out.
