ZN-NI ALLOY INTERMETALLIC MICROSTRUCTURE
摘 要
采用镍丝直接浸入锌液(450,550和650 ℃)的方法,以模拟实际热浸镀锌工艺,对所形成的组织形貌及相组成进行了观察和分析。得到了δ相和γ相的锌镍合金层组织,还对锌镍合金层裂纹和颗粒的形成进行了分析,提出了形成原因是由于各相膨胀系数差异造成裂纹和浓度偏差从而析出δ相颗粒。
Abstract
By taking Ni directly into Zn bath(450,550 and 650 ℃),to imitate practical galvanizing process,get the Zn-Ni alloy intermetallic phase-layers at different conditions. About structure modality and phase composing,analysis and discussions were did. Phase layer crack form and grain form is also analyzed. Its form reason was suggested.
