FAILURE BEHAVIOR OF MECHANICAL PLATING COATING UNDER IMPACT CONDITION
摘 要
采用QCJ-120漆膜冲击试验器对不同厚度和稀土添加量的机械镀锌层在冲击载荷作用下的失效行为进行了分析研究。结果表明:机械镀锌层的失效表现为结合力型脱落。镀层越厚,镀层抗冲击能力越强。添加适量稀土元素虽能提高镀层韧性,但降低了镀层的抗冲击能力。
Abstract
Failure behavior analysis of different thickness and different RE content mechanical plating coating under impact condition was investigated with QCJ-120 coating impact tester .The result showed that,the impact scar of mechanical plating coating was adhesive failure. The coating more thicker,the anti-impact ability was more stronger. Although adding appropriate RE can approve the toughness of the coationg,but the anti-impact ability was reduced.
