MEASURING THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF Mg-Li ALLOYS BY THERMAL-COMPARATOR
摘 要
依据稳态热传导原理自制的带有自动测温系统的热比较仪,结构简单、操作方便,适用于室温下合金导热系数的比较和测定。利用该设备对新开发的镁锂合金的导热系数进行了测量,反映了合金含量与导热性能之间的规律,能够满足对新型合金热物理性质及其影响因素的探索研究。
Abstract
A self-designed thermal-comparator with automatic-temperature measurement was made on the basis of thermal conduction principle. It could be used in comparison of thermal conductivity (TC) of alloys. The TC coefficients of the novel magnesium-lithium alloys were measured and the results showed the relationship between the thermal conductivity with alloying and heat treated states of alloys. The instrument was the simple in structure,easy to operate and effective in research and exploration of new alloys with unknown thermal properties.
