INVESTIGATION OF BRIGHT STREAK ON THE COATING SURFACE OF HOT-DIP GALVANNEALED IF STEEL
摘 要
利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱分析仪分析了合金化热镀锌IF钢板表面的亮条纹缺陷。条纹部位与正常部位相比,镀层的表面形貌、截面特征以及侵蚀锌层后的钢板表面形貌均有不同。造成条纹的直接原因是钢板表面的微裂纹,而引起微裂纹的原因是Al2O3颗粒。
Abstract
To improve the surface quality of hot-dip galvannealed IF steel in industrial continuous galvanizing line,the morphology and formation mechanism of a bright streak have been investigated by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer. The coating morphology,cross-section and the substrate morphology after removing the zinc coating are different between the streak site and the normal site. It is obvious that the streak is caused by the micro-cracks in the surface and subsurface of the substrate. And the micro-cracks are caused by Al2O3.
