Researches of Flaw Magnetic Field Signal in Alternating Current Field Measurement Technique
摘 要
依据试验数据和有限元仿真结果, 分析了裂纹缺陷特征与扰动磁场分布的关系, 总结出交流场检测技术中磁信号裂纹尺寸反演的基本规律。借助于Bx扰动磁场信号形状与裂纹缺陷特征之间的相似性, 建立了二维表面缺陷形状的反演算法。
Abstract
Relationships of flaw disfigurement characteristic and disturbing magnetic field distribution were studies based on experimentation and finite element simulations. Mechanism about magnetic field signal size inversion in alternating current field measurement(ACFM) was concluded. According to the comparability of disturbing magnetic field signal form and flaw characteristic, the 2-D inversion algorism of surface flaw was presented.
