The Development and Application of Examination Attached Figure Software of Special Vessels
摘 要
球罐、煤气柜等大型承压设备的检验附图, 需要标注的图形和数据非常庞大。CAD和Visio等制图软件受计算机速度和内存所限难以完成。针对这一问题, 基于宏程序(Visual Basic Application, VBA)自行设计了一套特种设备制图软件。运用该软件标注大量图形数据后所占用的计算机内存小于CAD的10%。简述了3种类型附图特性并给出了部分流程和源码。
Abstract
To the examination attached figures of large-scale pressure equipments, such as spherical tank, gas holder and so on, the graphs and data needed to be labeled are huge. Because of the limit of PC’s speed and memory, charting software, such as CAD or Visio, was unavailable. Aiming at this problem, a kind of special equipment charting software was self-designed based on Visual Basic Application(VBA). The consumed PC memory, after labeling huge amount of graph and data by using this software, was less than CAD’s 10%. The character of the software to several examination project was introduced, and some flow and source code was given.
