A Discussion on the Layout of Radiographic Testing of Small Diameter Tube
摘 要
针对小径管透照在实际应用中发现的问题, 以及对JB/T 4730.2—2005标准的理解, 分析了小径管经常采用倾斜透照椭圆成像的原因。探讨了小径管透照布置对纵向缺陷检出的影响, 并对小径管透照时像质计放置的位置提出了建议。对于实际检验中正确执行检测标准和提高裂纹检出率有一定的借鉴意义。
Abstract
During the process of radiographic testing of small diameter tube’s welding seam, by referring with the standard JB/T 4730.2—2005, an analysis is made with regard to the reason why diagonal exposure has to be applied on small diameter tube. A discussion is also carried out on how much the layout of radiography can effect on the indication of longitudinal flaw. Advices are also given as to the position of image quality indicator. When it comes to the execution of inspection standards as well as enhancing crack resolution, all above-mentioned endeavors are to some extent relevant and meaningful.
