Testing Trials for Thin-Walled Welding with Creeping Wave Technique
摘 要
采用超声横波检测薄壁焊缝表面和近表面缺陷时存在检出率低的问题。分析了爬波的波型特征, 制作了带长横孔和刻槽孔和刻槽缺陷的焊缝试块, 对薄壁焊缝的爬波检测技术进行了试验研究。结果表明, 采用特制的爬波探头检测时, 灵敏度满足不同深度缺陷的检出要求, 并且对表面和近表面缺陷表现出更好的检出能力。
Abstract
The surface and near surface defect testing reliability was not good when testing the thin-walled welding with transverse wave. The creeping wave characteristics were analyzed, the artificial welding blocks with long-hole and curve were made, and the trials were proceeded on the blocks. Testing results showed that using the special creeping probe, the reflecting echo sensitivity could meet the standard requirement for each defect with different depths, and it could effectively detect the defect locating at the surface and near surface.
