Location Quantification of Defects Inside Butt Welds in Small Diameter Tubes Based on Parallax
摘 要
针对 8 mm小直径管对接焊缝内缺陷的深度定位问题, 研究了视差照相法的应用。通过试验分析, 得到了小直径管缺陷定位的实现方法, 并对缺陷深度定位精度的影响因素进行了分析。试验结果表明, 通过设置合理标记, 采取投影放大照相技术, 可有效实现小直径管焊缝内缺陷深度定量, 且精度可满足规定要求。
Abstract
To quantify the defects location inside butt welds in small diameter( 8 mm) tubes, parallax method was investigated. The quantification method was found after image analysis on the testing results, and the factors correlated with measurement precision of defects location were analyzed. The results showed that the defects location could be calculated with enough precision to meet the requirement after taking certain techniques, which included setting properly marks on the tubes, adopting projective magnification techniques.
