Determination of 5 Detrimental Elements in “Health-Keeping” Tablets,A Drug of Ancient Chinese Recipe by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry
摘 要
研究了微波消解样品,电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定样品中铅、砷、镉、铬、镍等有害元素.对影响其测量的各种因素包括射频功率、载气流量、采样深度等进行了研究.方法的检出限为0.001~0.008 μg·L-1,回收率为84.6%~115.0%,RSD为1.84%~4.30%.
Abstract
Inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was applied to the analysis of the drug named “Health Keeping” tablet,prepared according to an ancient Chinese recipe,for 5 detrimental elements (Pb,As,Cd,Cr and Ni).The sample was ground to powder and digested with HNO3 and H2O2 in a microwave oven.The sample solution obtained was analyzed by ICP-MS.Working parameters of the instrument (including radiofrequency power,flow-rate of carrying gas,condition of sample introduction and etc.) were studied and optimized.Under the optimum conditions of analysis,detection limits found for the 5 elements were in the range of 0.001-0.008 μg·L-1.Values of RSD′s and recoveries obtained were in the ranges of 1.84%-4.30% and 84.6%-115.0% respectively.
