Determination of Boron in Low-Alloy Steel by ICP-AES
摘 要
研究了用标准加入法、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定低合金钢中痕量硼的方法,对试样溶样方法、元素分析谱线、共存元素干扰、背景校正、仪器分析最佳条件等因素进行了研究.试验结果表明,在选定的最佳条件下测定,硼的检出限为0.002 mg·L-1,相对标准偏差小于2%,加标回收率为95.0%~108.6%.
Abstract
A method for the determination of boron in low-alloy steel using ICP-AES with calibration of standard additions was studied in this paper.Experimentals including sample dissolution,analytical line selection,interferences of coexisting elements,background correction and working parameters of the spectrometer were studied and optimized.Under the optimum conditions,detection limit of boron was 0.002 mg·L-1,relative standard deviation was less than 2% and recovery was in range of 95%-108.6%.The method was simple to operate,its detection limit,precision and accuracy were satisfactory and fufilled all requirements of the analysis.
