ICP-AES Determination of Microamounts of 19 Elements in Ag-In-Cd Alloys
摘 要
取样0.100 0 g溶于硝酸中,用稀盐酸沉淀氯化银,溶液定容为10 mL,在上层澄清液中用超声雾化电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定清液中铝、钙、铬、铁、镁、钼、镍、钛、钡、铋、钴、铜、锂、锰、铅、锡、钒、钇和锌19种微量元素.对分析条件(包括分析谱线的选择,载气流量、试样溶液的硝酸浓度及铟、镉的基体效应等),取样100 mg时,测定范围为20~640 μg·g-1.方法的回收率在94%~104%之间,相对标准偏差在2.6%~6.4%之间.
Abstract
0.100 0 g of the alloy was dissolved in nitric acid and silver in the sample solution was precipitated as AgCl↓.The solution with the precipitate was diluted to 10 mL in a volumetric flask.Nineteen elements (Al,Ca,Cr,Fe,Mg,Mo,Ni,Ti,Ba,Bi,Co,Cu,Li,Mn,Pb,Sn,V,Y and Zn) in micro amounts were determined by ICP-AES in the supernatant layer.Analytical conditions,including choice of analytical spectral lines,flow-rate of carrying gas,concentration of HNO3 of sample solution,matrix effect of indium and cadmium and etc.,were studied and optimized.Range of determination for all these elements was found to be from 20 to 640 μg·g-1.Values of recovery and RSD′s(n=6) were in the ranges of 94%-104% and 2.6%-6.4% respectively.
