GC-MS Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds in Ground Water with Purger and Trap
摘 要
应用吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用法测定地下水中54种挥发性有机污染物(VOC′s)含量.选定在40 ℃条件下吹扫捕集11 min,取样品溶液10 mL于吹扫瓶中,利用PTA 3000型吹扫捕集器直接进样,经DB-5MS毛细管色谱柱分离,电子轰击电离(EI)全扫描检测,选用特征离子,以内标法进行定量测定;54种VOC′s样品加标回收率在83.2%~115.5%之间,相对标准偏差在0.85%~3.88%之间,方法的检出限范围在0.03~0.12 μg·L-1之间.
Abstract
The PTA 3000 Purge and Trap was used in combination with GC-MS determination of 54 volatile organic compounds (VOC′s) in ground water.Temperature and time for purge and trap were set at 40 ℃ and 11 min respectively.Ten mL.of sample solution were transferred to the purge and trap bottle and introduced into the instrument for GC-MS analysis.The VOC′s were separated on the DB-5MS GC-column and detected by the full-scanning mode with positive electron ionization.Selective ion mass was used in the quantification by internal standard.Detection limit (3S/N) found for all the VOC′s tested were in the range of 0.03-0.12 μg·L-1.Tests for recovery were made by addition of standard VOC′s at 3 different concentration levels to sample matrixes,values of recovery obtained were in the range of 83.2%-115.5%.Values of RSD′s (n=7) found for the VOC′s were in the range of 0.85%-3.88%.
