ICP-MS Determination of Chromium and 7 Other Trace Elements in Urine Samples
摘 要
尿样经硝酸-过氧化氢(1+1)混合液微波消解后,对所得试样溶液中的钒、铬、锰、钴、锌、砷、硒和铅等8种痕量元素采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定.用115In作为在线内标校正基体效应;用氦气/氢气作为碰撞反应气消除40Ar12C+、40Ar35Cl+、40Ar40Ar+、35Cl16O+、35Cl16O1H+等多原子离子对52Cr+、75As+、80Se+、51V+产生的光谱干扰.8种元素的检出限(3s)在0.006~0.360 μg·L-1之间.该方法对一种尿液标准物质中微量元素的测定结果与标准值相一致.
Abstract
The urine sample was treated by microwave assisted digestion with a mixed solution of HNO3-H2O2(1+1),and 8 trace elements in the solution,including Cr,V,Mn,Co,Zn,As,Se and Pb,were determined by ICP-MS.Matrix effect was corrected with 115In as online internal standard,and the polyatomic ion interferences of 52Cr+,75As+,80Se+ and 51V by 40Ar12C+,40Ar35Cl+,40Ar40Ar+,35Cl16O+,35Cl16O1H+ were eliminated by collision/reaction cell technology with He/H2 as collision reaction gas.Detection limits (3s) of the 8 elements were in the range of 0.006-0.360 μg·L-1.The proposed method was used in the analysis of a urine standard reference material,the results obtained was in conformity with standard values.
