NIRS Rapid Analysis of Composition and Character of Liquid Propellant
摘 要
介绍了近红外光谱法(NIRS)在液体推进剂组成和性质分析中的应用.由推进剂的近红外光谱图可得混胺和航空燃油含氢基团C-H,O-H,N-H及含有一定量氢氧和磷酸的红烟硝酸的含氢基团N-H,O-H,P-H,F-H等特征振动信息.用偏最小二乘法建立混胺、红烟硝酸和航空燃油的校正模型.考察了样品温度及环境温度和湿度对近红外光谱分析的影响.结果表明近红外光谱法用于液体推进剂的分析,具有快速,简便和污染小的特性.
Abstract
An introduction on the application of near infrared spectrometry (NIRS) to the analysis of liquid propellant for contents and character was related in detail. Based on the NIR spectra of propellant samples,signals of characteristic vibration of chemical bonds by hydrogen containing groups,i.e.,C-H,O-H,N-H in mixed amines,and aviation kerosene,and N-H,O-H,P-H,F-H in red-fuming nitric acid,which is added with definite amounts of HF and H3PO4,were obtained. Calibration models of mixed amines,red-fuming nitric acid and aviation kerosene were established by the method of partial least square. Effects of testing conditions of environmental temperature and humidity on analytical results by NIRS were studied. It was proved that the application of NIRS to the analysis of liquid propellant was manifested with its special features of rapidity in analysis,conveniency in operation and less in pollution.
