Elastic Constant Calibration of TC4 Titanium Alloy by X-ray Diffraction Method
摘 要
以TC4钛合金电子束焊接后的试样为研究对象,使用四点弯曲机,分别对焊缝、热影响区和母材进行X射线弹性常数试验标定,以探讨焊接各区域弹性常数的差异。结果表明: 由于热影响区和焊缝区的晶粒较为粗大,弹性常数的测试值比较分散;母材处的弹性常数测试值较为集中,衍射晶面(213)标定的TC4钛合金的弹性常数为12.827×10-6 MPa-1。
Abstract
TC4 titanium alloy welded by electron beam was chosens as the specimen to research. The elastic constants of welding seam, heat affected zone and base metal were calibrated through X-ray diffractometer and four-point bending machine, to discuss the difference of elastic constant among these areas. The results show that the testing data of elastic constant of heat affected zone and welding seam were relatively dispersive because of the coarse microstructure. The testing data of elastic constant of base metal were relatively consonant. The calibrated value of elastic constant of TC4 titanium was 12.827×10-6 MPa-1 when tested on diffracted crystallographic plane (213).
