UPC2 Determination of 7 Sunscreeners in Cosmetics
摘 要
采用超高效合相色谱法(UPC2)分离和测定化妆品中的7种防晒剂。样品经甲醇-水(8+2)混合液超声提取后,选用Waters Hss C18 SB色谱柱分离,以超临界二氧化碳-甲醇混合物为流动相进行梯度洗脱。紫外检测波长为276 nm和310 nm。7种防晒剂的线性范围均为1.0~80.0 mg·L-1,检出限(3S/N)均为200 mg·kg-1。加标回收率在90.2%~103%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.6%~5.2%之间。
Abstract
Ultra high performance convergence chromatography UPC2 was applied to the determination of 7 sunscreeners in cosmetics. The sample was extracted ultrasonically with a mixture of CH3OH-H2O (8+2). The extract was separated on Waters Hss C18 SB chromatographic column, with a mixture of supercritical CO2 and methanol as mobile phase in the gradient elution. UV detection was made at the wavelengths of 276 nm and 310 nm. Linearity ranges of the 7 sunscreeners were same in the range of 1.0-80.0 mg·L-1, with same detection limits (3S/N) of 200 mg·kg-1. Values of recovery obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 90.2%-103%, with RSDs (n=6) in the range of 1.6%-5.2%.
