Residual Stress Analysis on Warping Deformation Tinplates after Strip Cutting
摘 要
使用X-350A型X射线应力测试仪对分条翘曲的镀锡钢板残余应力进行测定,发现镀锡钢板的分条剪切过程对原有残余应力有一定的释放, 但是并没有产生新的残余应力。对镀锡钢板生产过程中的各阶段取样进行残余应力测定, 结果表明:连续退火和平整之前冷轧态的带钢存在较大的表面残余压应力; 平整之后的带钢表面残余压应力明显较冷轧态带钢的要小, 但仍然存在一定的残余压应力; 而在镀锡之后, 镀锡板表面依然存在一定的残余应力, 且与平整后带钢的残余应力在数值上接近; 镀锡钢板发生翘曲的根本原因是平整轧制过程中带钢上下表面的纵向延伸不相等。本研究工作对解决镀锡钢板分条翘曲行为, 改善镀锡钢板生产工艺有借鉴作用。
Abstract
The residual stress of tinplates which warped after strip cutting was measured by X-350A type X-ray stress tester. It was found that a small amount of residual stress was released during the strip cutting, and no new residual stress was produced. And the residual stress of the tinplates in different producing stage was also measured. The results show that large residual stress was found in the cold-rolled strip before continuous annealing and leveling process. After leveling process, the residual surface stress of the strip is obviously smaller than that of the cold-rolled strip, but there still existed some residual stress. After tinning, the residual stress of the tinplates was in the same level of that of the strips after leveling process. The warping deformation was mainly caused by the uneven longitudinal extension of the upper and lower surface of the strip in the course of flat rolling. This research work was useful to solve the problem of warping deformation of tinplate during strip cutting and to improve the tinplate production process.
