Matrix Effect on GC Determination of 9 Organophosphorus Pesticides in Grains
摘 要
对用气相色谱法测定5种谷物中9种有机磷农药残留量时,5种谷物的基质效应作了研究。主要进行了以下几方面的试验:① 5种谷物在不同的浓度水平下所产生的基质效应比较;② 比较了3种提取剂分别提取样品中的9种有机磷农药时的基质效应;③ 考察了5种谷物对测定9种农药所产生基质效应的差异。结果表明:① 5种谷物对9种农药的测定均存在不同程度的基质增强或基质减弱效应;② 基质效应的强弱与9种农药的浓度、提取剂的种类和谷物的类别有关;③ 农药的不同浓度及提取剂种类的不同对测定9种农药时样品的基质效应存在较大差异。
Abstract
In the GC determination of 9 organophosphorus pesticides (OPP′s) in 5 kinds of grains, the matrix effects of the 5 kinds of samples were studied in the following respects: ① matrix effects produced by samples at 3 different concentration levels were compared; ② effects of 3 different extraction solvents use for extraction of the 9 OPP′s on the matrix effects were studied; and ③ difference of matrix effects produced by each of the 5 grain samples on the determination of the 9 OPPS′s were inspected separately. As shown by the experimental results, ① matrix effects of enhancement or inhibition to different extents were produced by the 5 grain samples, ② magnitude of the matrix effect was found to be related to the concentrations of the 9 presticides, the kinds of the extraction solvents and the kinds of the grain sample, and ③ significant differences in the magnitude of matrix effect were observed when the concentration of the pesticides and kinds of the extraction solvents were different.
