The Analysis and Processing for Electrical Conductivity Test of 7075-T6 Aluminum Material
摘 要
铝合金热处理质量的检验一般是通过测量其电导率来进行间接评价的。使用Sigmatest 2.069涡流电导率仪,测量厚度为0.04英寸7075-T6包铝材料的电导率时,发现测量结果始终不符合验收标准。对此,进行了原因分析和验证试验,重新确定了仪器制造商提供的Sigmatest 2.069修正表中厚度为0.04英寸包铝材料的电导率修正值。
Abstract
Quality test of aluminum alloy heat treatment is often done by an indirect evaluation of measuring the conductivity. It was found that, when the Sigmatest 2.069 eddy current conductivity instrument was used to measure the electrical conductivity of 7075-T6 aluminum materials of thickness 0.04 inches, the measured results were always not in conformity with the acceptance standard. Detailed analysis and a large number of verification tests were carried out in order to find the cause, and finally the correction values in the Sigmatest 2.069 table for aluminum alloy of thickness 0.04 inches were revised.
