Relationship Between Oxidative Induction Time and Heat Ageing Performance of Heat Shrinkable Tape
摘 要
对聚乙烯热收缩带基材和胶层的氧化诱导期以及热老化性能进行了试验研究,探讨了氧化诱导期与热收缩带热老化性能的关系。结果表明:聚乙烯热收缩带基材的氧化诱导期与其热老化性能没有对应关系,氧化诱导期指标不适合用来评价聚乙烯热收缩带基材的热老化性能;安装过程中烘烤对热收缩带胶层的热氧老化影响较小,运行过程中的热降解不存在热氧老化的诱因,因此不能用氧化诱导期指标评价热收缩带胶层的热老化性能。
Abstract
The relationship between oxidative induction time (OIT) and heat ageing performance of heat shrinkable tape was studied by tesing the heat ageing performance and OIT of heat shrinkable tape′s backing and adhesive layer. The results show that the OIT was not applicable for evaluating the heat ageing performance of heat shrinkable tape′s backing, since OIT did not correspond to heat ageing performance for the backing. The effect of heating on heat-oxidative ageing of the adhesive layer was slight in heating process, and there were no inducements for heat-oxidative ageing in thermal degradation, so the OIT can not be used to compare the heat ageing performance of adhesive layer.
