Verification of RT Crystal Diffraction Image of the Centrifugal Casting Tube for PWR Coolant System
摘 要
对CPR1000压水堆冷却剂系统离心铸造管进行射线检测时, 在底片上发现大面积黑白相间、边缘分界不清晰、没有规律性的不规则斑纹状或斑状的疑似缺陷影像显示。通过各种物理化学和无损检测方法对影像进行排除和验证, 并与铸件典型缺陷图谱中的缺陷影像进行比较, 判定其属于晶间衍射产生的非缺陷类影像显示, 并进行了形成机理的分析。
Abstract
On RT testing of centrifugal casting pipe of CPR1000 PWR coolant system, an image on the film with a large area of black and white, and with unclear edge boundary was found. The image was also characteristic of irregular patch or defect image. Through a variety of physical and chemical methods and non-destructive examination methods for exclusion and verification and by comparing it with the defect image of typical casting defect map, it was verified that the image was the non-defect image caused by the crystal diffraction, and following on its formation mechanism was analyzed.
