Influence of Physical Dimensions of Tensile Specimens on Tensile strength of Plate Butt Joints
摘 要
主要对我国标准、美国规范和欧洲标准3个不同标准体系焊接工艺评定中的板对接接头拉伸试样的几何尺寸进行了对比, 研究了拉伸试样几何尺寸对抗拉强度测试结果的影响。结果表明: 试样平行段长度和受拉伸平行侧面宽度越小,测得的抗拉强度则越高。
Abstract
Physical dimensions of tensile specimens for plate butt joints, which were specified by welding procedure qualification of GB standard, ASME norm and EN standard, were contrasted. The relationship between physical dimensions and tensile strength of the tensile specimen was researched. The results show that the tensile strength of the plate butt joint increased with the parallel length and width of the calibrated parallel side decreasing.
