Causes Analysis on Thread Gluing of Tool Joints
摘 要
通过对油田现场粘扣钻杆接头粘扣形貌进行分析和钻杆接头上部扣试验, 对某油田钻杆螺纹接头粘扣原因进行了分析。结果表明: 该批钻杆在使用过程中发生粘扣, 既与接头本身抗粘扣性能差有关, 也与使用操作不当有关, 钻杆接头在安装时存在偏斜对扣、没有引扣、高速上扣等问题。最后通过对现有标准和钻具使用条件进行分析, 提出了评价钻具螺纹接头抗粘扣性能的上卸扣次数的建议。
Abstract
Through morphology analysis on the thread gluing tool joints in the oil field and make-up and break-out test of the tool joints, the thread gluing reasons of the tool joints in an oil field were analyzed. The results show that the thread gluing of tool joints was not only related to the poor anti-gluing performance of the thread joints, but also related to the improper operation. Problems such as skew buckle, no leading and high speed make-up existed during installation of the tool joints. Finally, by analyzing some present specifications and use conditions of the drilling tools, suggestion about times of make-up and break-out test for evaluation the anti-gluing performance of the thread joints was suggested.
