Analysis on Fracture Reasons of Shells of Damping Rubber Sleeves
摘 要
某厂生产的减震胶套在台架试验过程中, 于壳体焊接部位发生脆性断裂。采用化学成分分析、断口分析、金相检验及焊条药皮水含量测试的方法, 分析了减震胶套壳体断裂失效的原因。结果表明: 壳体焊接部位断裂属于氢脆断裂; 主要原因是焊接材料中的水含量过高, 且焊接之前未对焊料进行烘干脱水处理; 次要原因是焊接过程中壳体材料组织晶粒长大, 增加了脆断的敏感性。
Abstract
A batch of damping rubber sleeves produced by a factory fractured in welded part of shells in the process of bench test. Failure reasons of shells of damping rubber sleeves were analyzed by methods of chemical composition analysis, fracture analysis, metallographic examination and water content test of the electrode coating. The results show that: the fracture on welded shell belonged to hydrogen brittle fracture; the main reason of the fracture was that moisture content in the solders was excessively high, and the solders were directly used without drying and dewatering; the secondary reason was that the grains in the shells material grew in the welding process, which increased the sensitivity of the brittle fracture.
