Corrosion Behavior of Two Cr-Mo Steels Used for Packers in Service Conditions
摘 要
研究了封隔器常用的两种铬钼钢35CrMo和42CrMo在不同温度和压力条件下的腐蚀行为,并考察了腐蚀前后两种材料力学性能的变化。通过失重法得出了两种材料在不同条件下的腐蚀速率。结果表明:在相同的温度、压力条件下,42CrMo试样的腐蚀速率比35CrMo试样的大;两种材料的腐蚀速率均随温度的升高先增加后下降,随压力的升高而增加;腐蚀前42CrMo试样的抗拉强度和抗弯曲强度都比35CrMo试样的大,表明42CrMo钢的力学性能要优于35CrMo钢的,但腐蚀后42CrMo试样力学性能的降低程度要比35CrMo试样的多,这表明腐蚀越严重,材料的力学性能损失越大。
Abstract
The corrosion behavior and mechanical performance of the two types of Cr-Mo steel 35CrMo and 42CrMo under different working conditions were studied. The results showed that the corrosion rate of the two metals increased at first and then decreased with the increase of the temperature, and increased with the increase of the pressure. In the same conditions of temperature and pressure, the corrosion rate of 42CrMo steel was larger than that of 35CrMo steel. And the tensile strength and bending strength of 42CrMo steel were larger than those of 35CrMo steel, however, the loss of tensile strength and bending strength of 42CrMo steel was more than that of 35CrMo steel due steel to the larger corrosion rate of 42CrMo steel.
