Applications and Examples of Radio Graphic Examination Technology on ERP RCV System Heat Exchangers
摘 要
对法国供应商承制的第三代压水堆核电站(EPR)的核岛化学和容积控制系统(RCV)热交换器射线检测(RT)工艺的应用进行分析, 识别出RCV热交换器制造过程中射线检测的难点及采取的措施, 并总结了检测中的注意事项, 为后续其余类型设备的设计、检测及质量监督提供参考和借鉴。
Abstract
The applications of radiographic examination on the third-generation PWR (EPR) nuclear island chemical and volume control system (RCV) heat exchangers which manufactured by French supplier was analyzed. The difficulties of radiographic examination during RCV manufacturing process were identified. Methods to overcome these difficulties were introduced and considerations were summarized in the purpose for the reference of future work in the subsequent design, testing and quality supervision.
