TMR Sensor and Its Application in Electromagnetic Nondestructive Testing
摘 要
隧道磁敏电阻(TMR)具有精度高、频响快、线性范围宽、功耗小等优点, 在电磁无损检测中有望得到广泛应用。基于这一新型的传感器技术, 有望开创新的无损检测方法。为此, 介绍了TMR传感器的原理和磁场测量特性, 并结合其在微弱漏磁场测量、通电电磁检测、涡流检测传感器等方面的应用前景, 阐述了TMR传感器的应用特征。
Abstract
Magnetic sensors based on the TMR effect have the virtue of high response frequency, high sensitivity, wide linearity range and low power consumption, etc, which have great potential in application in electromagnetic nondestructive testing. Based on this novel sensor technique, some promising NDT methods would be discovered. For these reasons, it is introduced about the principles and characteristics of TMR combined with the applications and potential of TMR sensors in micro magnetic testing, DC-introduced defect detection and eddy current testing sensor in the field of nondestructive testing.
